Privacy Policy — OnlineRadio (Z-GEN.SYS)

Last updated: July 21, 2026

This document explains what data the OnlineRadio application — package name: com.lantosr.onlineradio, hereinafter referred to as "the Application" — processes, for what purposes, and with whom such data may be shared.

Data Controller: Lantos János Róbert, independent developer (listed on Google Play under the name "AllinMarket Studio")
Contact: studio@allinmarket.hu

Summary

The Application does not require its own registration or login, does not operate its own server-side user account system, and your settings, saved stations, favorites and other local data are generally stored only on your own device.

The sections below explain, feature by feature, when, for what purpose, and through which external services data may leave your device.

What Data the Application Does NOT Collect

What Data the Application Processes and Why

1. Radio Station Search

When you search for radio stations on the DISCOVERY search screen, the search term and the selected country may be sent to one of the mirror servers of the public, community-based radio-browser.info database in order to display the search results.

This service is not operated by the developer of the Application. The privacy terms of radio-browser.info apply to that service.

2. Radio Stream Playback

When you start playing a radio station, your phone connects directly to the server of the selected radio station, in the same way as with any other internet radio player.

For technical reasons, this connection may disclose your IP address to the operator of the selected radio station. This is necessary for stream playback and does not take place through a server operated by the developer of the Application.

3. Saved Stations, Favorites, Categories and Settings

Saved radio stations, favorites, categories, theme and language settings, alarms, sleep timer, daily listening streak and trial status are stored locally on your phone in storage associated with the Application.

This data is not uploaded to any server operated by the developer. When you delete the Application's data or uninstall the Application, this local data is deleted.

4. Weather Display

For the weather row shown on the "Now Playing" card, the Application may automatically query your approximate location based on your IP address through the ipwho.is service, without requesting GPS or precise location permission. Based on this city-level or regional-level approximate location, the Application may then call the public Open-Meteo weather API.

The Application does not request precise location access and does not use GPS-based location tracking for this feature.

During these requests, the ipwho.is and Open-Meteo services may receive your device's IP address. These external services are governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Calendar — Optional, as Part of the Morning Briefing

If you enable the Morning Briefing feature, the Application may read the title and time of calendar events scheduled for the current day from your phone's calendar in order to display your daily tasks.

This information is displayed only on the screen. The Application does not save it and does not transmit it to any external server.

This feature is disabled by default. The Application requests the READ_CALENDAR permission only when you enable this feature.

6. Notification Access — Optional, as Part of the Morning Briefing

If you separately enable notification access in the system settings, the Application only counts how many new notifications have arrived from each application.

The Application does not read, display, store or transmit the content of your notifications to any external server.

This data is used solely for displaying the Morning Briefing and remains on your device.

7. Local Music Files — Optional, as Alarm Sound Source

If you choose music stored on your phone as the alarm sound source, the Application lists the audio files available on your device from the system media library. This may require the READ_MEDIA_AUDIO permission.

This information is used only for selecting the alarm sound. It does not leave your device and is not transmitted to any external service.

8. Saved Clips and Recordings — Media Library

The Z-GEN SNAP and radio recorder features create audio files from already played and decoded radio audio. The Application may save these files to the phone's media library.

The completed clips and recordings are available under CONFIG > Media Library. These files are shared with another application or person only if you explicitly use the Share function.

9. Spotify / Deezer Account Connection — Optional

If you use the favorite button to save a song to your own Spotify or Deezer account, the Application opens the official login page of the relevant service. Login takes place through an OAuth 2.0 based process.

The Application never sees and never stores your Spotify or Deezer password.

The access token received after login is stored encrypted and only on your own device. The Application uses it only at your request, for saving the selected song to your account.

For technical reasons — specifically for exchanging the access token — the Deezer login process may pass through a minimal intermediary server operated by the developer in a Cloudflare Workers environment. This intermediary does not log or store the contents of the token and performs only the required technical forwarding.

10. Advertising — Google AdMob

After the 30-day free trial period expires — unless you have purchased the ad-free period — the Application may display banner ads and occasional full-screen ads through the Google AdMob advertising system.

Google may collect device identifiers and technical data for the purpose of serving and personalizing advertisements, in accordance with its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

11. Purchases — Google Play Billing

The purchase of the ad-free period is processed entirely through the Google Play payment system.

The Application does not see and does not store bank card details or any other payment information. The Application only receives a purchase confirmation returned by Google, which is used to determine whether advertisements should be displayed.

Data Security

Data requiring protection — such as Spotify and Deezer access tokens — is stored using Android's built-in secure storage solutions. This data is stored in encrypted form, only on the device, and is intentionally excluded from Android's automatic cloud backup.

Children's Data

The Application is not specifically intended for children, and the developer does not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 13.

Information About Your Rights

Since most data is stored only on your own device, you have direct control over it. Several types of saved data can be deleted from within the Application's settings, and deleting the Application's data or uninstalling the Application will also remove local data.

The Spotify and Deezer account connection can be disconnected at any time from within the Application, and it can also be revoked from the account settings of the relevant service.

For any privacy-related request, you may contact the developer using the email address provided in the Contact section.

Requesting Deletion of Your Data

Z-GEN.SYS (developer: AllinMarket Studio / Lantos János Róbert, package name: com.lantosr.onlineradio) does not store any account data or personal data on a server — all of your data lives only on your own device. As a result, you do not need to submit a separate deletion request to the developer: you can delete your data yourself, immediately, directly on your device:

  1. Open your device's Settings.
  2. Go to Apps (or "App manager"), then select Z-GEN.SYS.
  3. Tap "Clear data" or "Clear storage" — this immediately and permanently deletes all locally stored data (saved stations, favorites, settings, alarms, recordings, Spotify/Deezer access token). Uninstalling the app achieves the same result.

Since the Application does not store any personal data on the developer's server, there is no data that the developer would need to delete separately, and there is no retention period — data never leaves your device for persistent storage purposes (see the feature-by-feature breakdown above).

The Spotify and Deezer account connection can also be revoked at any time from within your own account on those services, independently of the Application.

If you have any questions about deleting your data, or a specific request, please contact studio@allinmarket.hu — we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time if the operation or functionality of the Application changes. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this document.
